I had the pleasure of using & testing a lot of new products this
year. Below is a summary of my thoughts & results on the products
we used.

Feb.18/09, We are very pleased and excited to
have just been picked up by Big Jon Sports based out of Interlochen
Michigan. Big Jon Sports has been a leader in downrigger trolling
community for several decades now. The Hot Reels is currently being
fitted with a full Big Jon trolling system, three new custom Brute ES
downriggers and more than two dozen rod holders. Needless to say we are
very proud to be the newest members of the Big Jon Pro-Staff team.

Aboard the Hot Reels we carry 32 rod and
reel combos all of which have been
Okuma Catalina and Convector line counters reels and Blue Diamond
rods since joining Okumas Pro Staff in 2004. The accuracy of the line
counter allows us to keep our baits in the strike zone. Also the 4:1
gear ratio and large crank handle also gives you plenty of power for
reeling in heavy dipsy divers, lead-core and other trolling set ups. For

Wow.... where do I start?? Dreamweaver Lure Company is
definitely a leader in the salmon trolling market, with products that
are taking the great lakes by storm.....Spin
Doctors,
Super Slims,
DW spoons and
Action Flies just to name a few. New for 2007 they have
re-introduced the DW plug which is sure to put a hurtin on lots of Kings
this year. In 2006 they introduced the Chrome series of Spin Doctors
which accounted for approx. 40% of the fish we caught last year. If you
want to catch more fish this coming season be sure to look up the
Dreamweaver Lure Company.

Once again
through years of trying the competitions product we have come to the
conclusion that the Moore Sub Troll 900 is the unit of choice for us.
The ST 900 boasts a battery life of approx. 160 hours, a large easy to
view analog display and no transducer to screw into our hull makes the
Sub Troll 900 our recommended speed & temp unit of choice.
